Hi everyone! I’m Nina, the creator of The Aloha Blog. I started this blog back in 2021 when I returned home to Florida after my gap year. I have always had a passion for writing and taking photos. I knew starting a blog would be the perfect place to share my travel experiences and photography.

About me

After graduating high school in 2020, I took a leap of faith and traveled to Hawaii. I fell in love with Hawaii; from the culture to the beautiful landscapes, the islands have it all. I loved it so much, I ended up moving there and staying for a couple of years. My adventures in Hawaii truly made me realize my passion for traveling, and this blog is where I get to share my carefully curated travel guides with you!

While I was living in Oahu, I got the opportunity to work as a surf photographer, which grew my love for photography. My photography is heavily influenced by my love of the outdoors, specifically the beach. I adore capturing people on the sand or in the sea!

Since starting this blog, I’ve been fortunate enough to travel to some amazing destinations and have some incredible experiences. This online space has grown with me and has become a documentation of the life I am so grateful to live.
